A local organization that works closely with people from Palo Alto Vineyard Church to make a difference in our communities.
Our church commits to engage with our Community Partners on multiple levels, including prayer ministry, volunteer work, and education about the justice issues that impact the people the organization serves. We desire depth in both personal and organizational relationships, with the intention that individuals will be activated to live out every element of the church mission statement: To Empower People From All Backgrounds to have Intimacy With God and Influence For His Kingdom.

We have money to help people out in emergencies. This coronavirus crisis is hitting people hard. Lack of work could make it difficult to meet a rent payment or a utilities bill. People are suffering in many ways.
If you or someone you know would be helped with some short-term financial assistance in these times, please submit a request. We typically offer $500 per person per year, paid directly to the place the bill needs to be paid. We will work with individuals to determine the current need and the best way for us to help out.
Do you see a way to bless the people around you? Do you have a wild idea for how to help people during the current crisis? We want to support your ideas! We look to you to help distribute the money we have, by being neighbors and spreading blessing throughout our communities. We actually have a significant budget for this and would love to have it used as you reach out to the people around you, building relationship and spreading God's love.
One recent example of a Venture Fund activity comes from a member of our community whose neighbor owns a restaurant. The restaurant is struggling with a decrease in customers. The idea came to buy $500 of food from the restaurant and take it to the RV community that we have been connected with. So, they bought the food and used it to bless another part of our community. Ministry partner connections also helped facilitate the distribution. Community working together to be a blessing!

Following the command of God as far back as the early tribes of Israel and the invitation of Jesus in Matthew 25, International Students Inc is uniquely positioned to welcome the stranger. Students from all parts of the world have come to explore their dreams and step into their futures in the US, most without the benefit of family to support them. That's where ISI comes in - by becoming American uncles and aunties, big brothers and sisters, we become their family in the United States. We help them form bonds of relationship and fun and network, as we support and empower them in their goals. Along the way we share ourselves and the power and goodness of Christ in our lives, leading many to come to Faith and become Christ-followers who serve and mentor others in their Faith journeys.

The goal of Operation Contagious Generosity (OCG) is to relationally connect neighbors through acts of generosity to the financially insecure of our community. At this time, OCG is focused on gathering groceries, as the pandemic and shelter-in-place have left many individuals and families without work and lacking the finances for basic food provision.
