Katie Anderson

Katie Anderson
Youth Administrator
Katie is a bay-area transplant who grew up off-grid. She has a Masters degree in clinical social work. Katie, along with her husband Sam and their son Owen, moved here from the north shores of Lake Superior. In Minnesota, where they called Duluth Vineyard Church home, Katie volunteered as a youth leader, with HLI, and coordinating special events. Katie’s favorite things include getting to sit with people in prayer to hear what God has for them, quality time with a color-coded calendar, and educating communities on childhood trauma and how even in the darkest seasons of our past and present, God makes the way through for our good and his glory.
In their free time, the Andersons can be found hiking in the mosquito-free utopia that is the Santa Cruz Mountains or eating gritty charcuterie (Owen’s sandy contribution to any outdoor meal!) while watching the sun set over the Pacific.
